Over the next few months we are actively looking for quality properties with a price tag of 400,000€ and above. THP are looking to offer a premium service for the serious seller. With sliding scale commissions as low as 2% we are assuring the seller the best possible rates. Every property will have the photographs taken by a professional photographer and converted into a 4-5 minute slide video and posted to the Internet. In addition a floor plan with room sizes will be produced.

Lastly every property will have a six section trifolding brochure with photos and text to help promote the property. This will be available to the vendor electronically or in hard copy. All of these services come with regular update reports and of course are totally free of charge.
